We’re excited that you’re interested in joining the MHMS! Please follow the steps below to start your membership process:

Step 1: Download, fill-in and print the application

Applications require the signature of three active club members.

Step 2: Connect with a club officer to set up a time to visit our club.

Since all membership requires in-person contact, please email the President and the Secretary by clicking here. One of them will be in touch with information on an upcoming meeting and how to become a part of our fun and diverse group. This is a good way to learn more about the club and to obtain your application signatures.

Step 3: Once you are accepted, pay your club dues.

Pay your dues online to the right or by check or cash at a meeting or lecture. Initial dues are $45 and then $40 a year for renewals.
